Logroño, (EFE).- The president of the Government of La Rioja, Gonzalo Capellán, has assured that “the good government that will offer the best to build, together, a future for the people of La Rioja is being launched.”
Chaplain has presided over the inauguration of the seven councilors of his Government, who have been sworn in in the presence of their family and friends, in an act that was also attended by the president of the La Rioja Parliament, Marta Fernández, and the Government delegate in La Rioja, Beatriz Arraiz.
The head of the regional Executive has thanked the four councilors and three councilors who have accepted the position, but also their families, because it is known “the sacrifice, commitment and dedication that their work will imply from today and for four years.
He explained that, as he himself told his family, “when you face this challenge, you expect everyone’s constant support and encouragement.”
In this sense, he stressed that “no one who is dedicated to public service and service to the people of La Rioja can do so without the constant encouragement and support of those closest to them.”
However, Capellán has stressed that work in the Government is “everyone’s job and it will compensate us all.”
