Madrid, Jul 21 (EFE).- Tomorrow, Saturday, the skies will be clear in most of Spain but the forecasts of the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) warn of locally strong stormy showers at dawn in the Catalan Pyrenees as well as rainfall in the north of Galicia, the Cantabrian area and other parts of Catalonia and the Valencian Community.
The haze will be present in the southeast of the peninsula, in Melilla and in the Balearic Islands; In this archipelago, the appearance of ‘rissagas’ or hangovers is expected, oscillations in the level of the sea water in some of its coves and ports of between 10 centimeters and more than two meters.
The maximum temperatures will rise on the Atlantic slope, the eastern Cantabrian and the upper and middle Ebro and will drop in the Mediterranean area and the Canary Islands, with up to 36 degrees in much of the interior of the southern half and up to 38 in the Guadalquivir valley, while the minimum will remain or drop slightly.
The wind will be from the west on the Atlantic slope, from the north and northeast in Galicia and the Cantabrian Sea, from the east on the Mediterranean slope and from the west in the Strait and Alborán, although the most significant phenomenon will occur in the Canary Islands, especially in the western islands, where the trade winds will blow with strong or very strong gusts.
