In a note, the CGPJ indicates that seven out of ten pitches (71.9%), a total of 27,533, were the result of procedures derived from the Urban Leasing Law (LAU), that is, due to non-payment of rent, while others 8,509 (22.2%) were derived from foreclosures, and the remaining 2,225 were due to other causes.
Launches for non-payment of rent experienced a year-on-year decrease of 5% compared to 2021, while those derived from foreclosures fell by 15.8 percent.
