Civil Guard sources have informed EFE that the woman apparently stabbed her partner with at least one fatal stab wound during a discussion that occurred on Saturday night.
These same sources have indicated that the Judicial Police has opened proceedings to clarify the facts.
For their part, sources from the 112 emergency service have reported that around 9:15 p.m. this Saturday a call was received warning that a man had suffered a fall in a house on Calle Sol, in Valfermosa de Tajuña. .
The deceased had two complaints of sexist violence against the detainee
The deceased man had two complaints of sexist violence against women, according to the Viogen system.
According to sources from the Guadalajara Government Sub-delegation to EFE, both complaints had been for violence against the couple who is now detained, although both had been ex officio and had not been filed by the victim.
The first complaint was in 2019, after an assault that occurred in the street, after which a speedy trial was held where a restraining order was determined that has already expired.
In April of last year there was a second complaint, also ex officio by the health services to which the woman went after suffering injuries, although the victim did not want to file a complaint and continued to live with him.
The couple have several minor children.
