The health center with the most claims in 2022 was the Lumbrales Health Center in Salamanca with 1,264.
99% were concentrated in massive mailings of complaints in May and June, (598 claims and 650 claims respectively) due to lack of personnel.
The claims for the same reason from the citizens of La Fregeneda, in Salamanca, (151 claims) and Robladillo, in Valladolid, (89 claims) sent in June by the respective Town Halls stand out.
Complaints in hospital care rise by 55.2%
Hospital Care totaled 27,011 claims, compared to 17,403 the previous year, which represents 69.5% of the total claims received, with a rate of 117.0 claims for every 10,000 users.
In Area Health managements there were 1,439 claims, representing 3.7% of the total claims and a rate of 6.2 claims per 10,000 users.
In Health Emergencies, 103 claims were registered (0.3% of the total), which is equivalent to 0.45 claims per 10,000 users, with an increase compared to 2021 when there were 69 complaints received.
Compared to the year 2021, the increases in the number of claims received in the Health Emergencies Management (58.5%), in Hospital Care (55.2%) and in the Area Health Management (47.0%) stand out. EFE
