Madrid, (EFE).- The British musician Harry Styles has visited the Prado Museum a few days after his massive concert in Madrid in front of 65,000 people, as confirmed in a press release by the Madrid art gallery itself.
In a tour of the most emblematic works in its rooms, the singer-songwriter has contemplated “with special interest” works such as “La fragua de Vulcano” by Velázquez or “Perro semihundido”, which is part of the series of “Black Paintings ” by Goya and which he has described as his “favorite” of all that he has seen.
As stated in the statement, the visit lasted around 50 minutes and it took place “with discretion and without compromising” the normal access of the rest of the museum attendees. “Upon being recognized, he has greeted with sympathy and kindness,” underlines the note.
Celia Guilarte, Head of Institutional Relations, and Javier Sainz, Head of Digital Communication, have accompanied this young music star during the tour, which has extended to the exhibition “El Greco, Picasso and Analytical Cubism”, as well as to the restoration workshop.
Styles, a lover of museum spaces, takes advantage of the stops on his current “Love On Tour” to get up close to some of the cultural centers of the cities that host his concerts.
The new festival site in Madrid, or Iberdrola Music as it has been baptized by its managers, the same one that just a few days ago hosted the Mad Cool festival, will be the venue for its performance in Madrid in front of 65,000 people in which it will be one one of the most massive concerts of the tour, which last Wednesday already ended with great success in Barcelona.
