The second floor of the Rioja Culture Center (CCR) will house, after its opening, scheduled between October and December 2023, the 20 public employees of the City Council’s culture, celebrations, commerce and tourism units, in order to “Improve the quality of service provided to citizens.”
This was stated this Monday by the Councilor for City Promotion, Miguel Sáinz, in charge of these units, in an informative conference, in which he explained that the public employees who will move to this second floor, with an area of 550 meters square, are located in the semi-basement of the Consistory and in the dependencies of Tricio street.
Sáinz has indicated that this decision seeks to “bring together and coordinate the public service that is provided from these municipal areas”, in order “to promote transversal and coordinated actions to promote the city and improve care and service from a building that is of public domain”.
In addition, it has continued, this initiative will contribute to improving the control and supervision of the services of municipal centers such as the Cubo del Revellín, the San Blas Market, the Amós Salvador Room, the Espacio Lagares and the Daniel Trevijano Schools.
