Madrid (EFE) Supreme Court will rule that only firm debts can appear on the list.
According to the data provided this Friday by the Tax Agency and in the absence of the publication of the complete list at 12:00, these large debtors owed 15,200 million euros, 14.1% less.
The Supreme Court ruling at the beginning of the year included new assumptions that make it possible to avoid the list, even if more than 600,000 euros are owed to the Treasury: that the debts or sanctions are not final or that the liquidation is linked to a crime and does not have a conviction firm.
Thus, leaving the list does not necessarily mean that the taxpayer has paid his debt, but it may be due to the fact that it has been postponed, annulled, that it has expired or that it is in one of the new cases established by the Supreme Court.
