“To avoid malicious interpretations or distractions that lead us astray”, the leader of the popular has decided to postpone the meeting of these bodies “until a new date that will be communicated in a timely manner”, as indicated in the letter.
This revocation coincides in time with the decision of the Rebellius Words agency, which until now provided advisory services to Guardiola, to stop providing them so as not to harm her after audio recordings of its CEO, Santiago Martínez Vares, were broadcast on social networks, with comments against the president of Vox, Santiago Abascal.
They are facing a “historic opportunity”
In her letter, after pointing out that they are facing a “historic opportunity”, she stressed that the PP will not renounce its objective of forming the best government for Extremadura and for Spain and has been convinced that “soon we will begin the march as a government to change our land.
“I am very aware that respect, dialogue and a programmatic agreement with the Vox formation in Extremadura is also essential,” added the PP candidate, who until now had rejected the entry of this party into the Extremadura Executive, which that allowed the PSOE to maintain the Presidency of the Assembly by not reaching an agreement with the formation of Abascal.
He has indicated that the PP is a party with a vocation for public service and that he is not going to give it up, and has stressed that the commitments have to remain firm to change what does not work. “The value of the word given never expires and I have a commitment to Extremadura and to change”, he asserted.
Abascal sees Guardiola’s letter as “a good step”
From Valencia, the national president of Vox, Santiago Abascal, has considered the letter sent by the president of the PP in Extremadura “a good step”.
“Respect is basic between two political forces that have been voted for by Extremadurans and Spaniards in many regions, and that we are obliged to understand each other and build an alternative,” Abascal said in statements to journalists before attending the constitutive session. of the Valencian Parliament after the elections of May 28.
In any case, he has indicated that the important thing now is the general elections on July 23 “and to throw out of the Moncloa Palace who has become a danger to Spain and has incorporated all the enemies of order into the leadership of the State Constitution and of the unity of Spain”.
“We have the obligation to free Spain from the president who has become a danger to women, from the president responsible for the release of hundreds of rapists,” he stated.
Objective: kick Sánchez out of Moncloa
Abascal has referred to Pedro Sánchez as “someone whom women already identify as the leader of the gang that has put them in danger and has caused the increase in rapes in Spain since he came to power.”
For this reason, he has said that they are going to “devote themselves body and soul, from now until July 23” to get Sánchez out of Moncloa.
The Vox leader has congratulated the people of Valencia, Alicante and Castellón for the government pact reached between his party and the PP, an agreement that, as he has highlighted, “is not only sensible but also reasonable”.
In addition, he has stated that this agreement “gives satisfaction to the voters of the PP, of Vox, and even, to many left-wing voters who, when they see the government’s action, will see that they did not have so many reasons to worry about what has been a process of brutal demonization of Vox”
