Seville (EFE).- The Seville Anti-Corruption Prosecutor “is not opposed” to the former president of the Andalusian Government, José Antonio Griñán, sentenced to six years for the ERE case, avoiding prison due to cancer ” very serious” that he suffers.
In a resolution to which EFE has had access, the Prosecutor’s Office pronounces itself like this after the report issued by the coroner of the Institute of Legal Medicine of Seville on the 15th, in which it advised against Griñán’s admission to jail as he was afflicted with “a very serious disease with incurable conditions”.
