In statements on TVE, Calviño has hoped that there will be an agreement between the left-wing parties in view of the next general elections, but that a progressive government is “one led by the PSOE.”
“It is a fact that the two parties that emerged with the financial crisis, Ciudadanos and also Podemos, have disappeared,” added Calviño, who has shown his commitment to completing the policies undertaken in this legislature.
Questioned by the campaign of the German platform Campact against the sale of Huelva strawberries in German supermarkets, Calviño criticized the “irresponsibility” of the PP which, she added, affects the interest of agriculture and the prestige of the export sector.
