Madrid, (EFE).- The CCOO Confederal Council has approved this Tuesday the text for the new agreement for employment and collective bargaining (AENC), which includes an indication for wage increases of 4% in 2023 and 3% for 2024 and 2025, which was already ratified this Monday by the UGT and the CEOE-Cepyme employers.
“It is a decisive agreement so that 1,300 collective agreements to be negotiated this year include salary increases that allow workers to recover purchasing power,” said the general secretary of CCOO, Unai Sordo, in statements sent to the media after the meeting of the Confederal Council .
According to union sources, the agreement has been approved by 146 votes in favour, one vote against and one abstention.
