Helsinki (EFE).- The elections held this Sunday in Finland do not have a clear winner when 75% of the vote has been passed and the conservative block seems to have an advantage over the Social Democrats of Prime Minister, Sanna Marin.
The extreme right won the Social Democrats by two tenths by exceeding 75.7% of the votes counted after those of Marin had gone ahead in a recount that has been very tight since the closure of the schools.
The extreme right reaches 20.2%, followed by the Marin SDP with 20.1% and the Kokoomus conservatives, who have 19.9%, according to the latest official data.
The Center Party, the main government partner of the Social Democrats, is in fourth position with 12.6% of the votes, while the Greens reach 6.7% and behind is the Left Alliance, with 7, 4 %.
Early voting in the elections in Finland
More than 1.7 million voters, equivalent to 40.5% of the total census, went to the polls last week and have been published after the closure of schools in Finland at 20:00 local time (17:00 GMT).
Given that participation is usually around 70%, early voting on this occasion may account for more than half of the total votes cast.
The electoral authorities calculate that the scrutiny will be finished before local midnight (21:00 GMT).
