Pamplona (EFE).- The Foral de Navarra Treasury has already prepared 203,145 proposals for personal income tax returns for the 2022 Income and Heritage Campaign that will take place from April 12 to June 23, of which 136,444, 67%, yield a favorable result for the taxpayer (104.3 million euros).
On April 19, the Treasury will proceed to return the almost 105 million euros corresponding to the declaration proposals with a favorable result for the citizen.
66,701 proposals (33%) come out to enter or zero, for an amount of 46.5 million euros, which means a balance of -57.8 million euros for the Treasury (last year it was +91 million), has The Minister of Economy and Finance, Elma Saiz, was informed at a press conference.
A saving of 146.1 million for taxpayers
Of the 203,145 proposals prepared, some 50,000 correspond to people over 65 years of age, to whom the proposal will be sent by postal mail, while the rest of the taxpayers must make the consultation online.
The counselor has indicated that tax measures such as the deflation of 2% of the general payable base rate, the 5% increase in personal and family minimums with an additional increase of 100 euros for people with incomes of less than 30,000 euros, the deduction in of 3% of the net income from business activity or the deduction for work and professional income will mean a saving of 146.1 million for taxpayers.
Saiz, who has stated that some 297,000 people will benefit from these measures, has highlighted in a press conference the novelties that the fiscal measures entail, “because they come to confirm the important effort carried out by the Government of Navarra to meet this objective of not to leave citizens aside just at the moments of greatest economic uncertainty in recent years”.
Modalities to present the declaration
After Easter Week, taxpayers will be able to consult the proposals prepared by the Foral Treasury on the web page renta.navarra.es and the period for submitting returns online will also begin.
In addition, from the 18th the period to present the declarations through the Telephone Income will begin, which this year is maintained. In this case, it will take place between April 18 and June 23 and a prior appointment request will be required, starting on April 14, via the Internet (renta.navarra.es)
Meanwhile, the period to present the declaration in person also extends from April 18 to June 23 at the Treasury offices in Pamplona, Tudela, Estella, Tafalla and Santesteban. This last office is a novelty for this year.
In case of using the In-Person Rent modality, a prior appointment request is also required, from April 14, through the Internet (renta.navarra.es) or by calling 948 505 505 or 948 505 506.
On the 12th, the telephone service for the campaign will also be launched (948 106 106) through which, as on the web (renta.navarra.es), procedures such as consulting fiscal data, of the declarations presented or the @Clave or PIN request.
In the same way, this year it will also be possible to prepare the declaration in collaborating entities.
The Wealth Tax campaign, on the same dates as the Personal Income Tax campaign, will take place online. In 2021 there were 8,867 filers for a total of 37.99 million euros.
