Madrid (EFE) a dump in Toledo after being allegedly murdered at the hands of her 34-year-old neighbor, rented in the building.
Sources close to the investigation have told Efe that the two women were in a dispute over some non-payment of water bills that the alleged murderer owed to the community of the building, located on Calle de la Oca in Madrid.
The victim, who served as president of the neighborhood community, would have reproached the detainee, a Spanish national, on different occasions, for dealing with these debts, according to the same sources.

This Monday the relatives of the victim reported her disappearance at the police station and two days later the agents of Group V of Homicide arrested the neighbor the same day that the corpse that was found in a dump in the Toledo town of Las Ventas with Peña Aguilera was found. In the absence of official confirmation, it would be that of the disappeared.
The sources consulted have pointed out to Efe that, although the body was not dismembered, it was not found completely and was burned.
Investigators suspect that the crime occurred inside one of the two houses.
The detainee is expected to go to court between this afternoon and tomorrow.
