Santander (EFE).- The project “La Ruta del Patrimonio 2023” of Cantabria will offer from February to May four different tours focused on the bibliographic, industrial, ethnographic and intangible heritage of the Civil War of more than 10 Cantabrian municipalities.
The vice-president and Minister of Culture, Pablo Zuloaga, presented this Wednesday at a press conference the program for these conferences together with its director, Giuliano Camilleri.
These are four monographic heritage routes and an itinerant exhibition, the first taking place on February 25, dedicated to the tangible and intangible bibliographic heritage of the community, in which Santillana del Mar will be visited, with its libraries and hidden bibliographic treasures, and Comillas to discover it through the novels that portray it.

The Civil War in Cantabria and the North Front will be the central axis of the second heritage route that on March 18 aims to highlight the remains of the fortifications linked to the North Front and the immediate post-war period between Santander and Piélagos.
Meruelo, Arnuero, Santoña, Mioño, Castro Urdiales and Laredo will be the protagonists of the third of the routes, whose focus will be industrial heritage and which will take place on April 1.
On May 6, this program ends with the route through the ethnographic, textile and intangible heritage that will focus on Potes and the Casa de Las Doñas, in Enterrías, passing through the Cabezón de la Sal Costume Museum.
The routes will take place on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and take place by bus or on foot depending on the route.
They will be free until full capacity, registrations are made through [email protected], http://www.rutadelpatrimoniocantabria.com or by calling 605 683 898.
