Valladolid (EFE).- The Junta de Castilla y León has agreed this Thursday to inadmissible from the legal point of view the requirement of incompetence formulated by the central government on the measures announced last Thursday to prevent abortions in this Community.
In the press conference after the Governing Council that has adopted this agreement, the spokesman for the Board, Carlos Fernández Carriedo, has defended that it has been the Legal Services of the regional Executive that have informed in favor of this decision, before the « non-existence of the object on which the requirement is concerned”, understanding that there is no modification of the protocol that affects the Abortion Law.
