Santander, (EFE).- Copsesa and Ric Energy have acquired the main lot of Sniace land in an auction for 6.7 million euros, through the company Dardo Power.
With this company, it is planned to launch a project to build a green hydrogen factory in Torrelavega.
The amount for which they have been acquired, 6.7 million, “deep down is not indicative,” explains Luis Ángel Arnaiz, from Trademat Subastas, the company that participates in the bankruptcy liquidation of Sniace, to Efe.
And this because the buyers have to take care of the pending IBI receipts and, above all, the soil decontamination process.
Once the auction is over, the process is expected to conclude in the next few days and the awarding of these two lots to the companies Copsesa and Ric Energy will be confirmed.
The auction of all the Sniace industrial estates that remained to be sold in Torrelavega is the last step for the chemical company before completing its liquidation and after last year it put two other pieces of land up for sale.
In total, the company has put up for sale seven lots with different properties that include a total of 13 parcels.
Among them, the main farm where the old cogeneration plant is located and others that house the old homes of the workers.
The lots did not have a starting price but a minimum of 1,001 euros was required to start bidding, in a process open to anyone who wanted to participate through online registration.
