Getafe (Madrid) (EFE).- The President of the Government and Socialist candidate, Pedro Sánchez, has predicted a victory for the PSOE on 23J in the rally to close the campaign, in which he has assured that his party is “unstoppable” in the face of “an absolutely devastated right and extreme right” and has asked to vote “all red”.
“I ask you that on July 23 we bet everything on red to win the elections (…) Everything on red, that nobody stays at home, everyone to vote for the PSOE, all on red,” he said at the event, the most massive of the PSOE campaign with more than 4,500 people gathered at the La Alhóndiga Sports Center, in Getafe, according to Ferraz sources.
Sánchez has wasted energy and enthusiasm in this rally, held in one of the PSOE strongholds in the Community of Madrid and in which the mayoress of Getafe, Sara Hernández, has also intervened; the leader of the PSOE of Madrid, Juan Lobato; and the Minister for the Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge and candidate for Congress for Madrid, Teresa Ribera, who has once again shown the more rallies side of her by interacting with the public.
“We have done the best campaign, we fell, we got up, we pedaled against the clock, we climbed all the unimaginable climbs. We have a few meters left to reach the end and we are going to do it on July 23”, Sánchez assured.
