Madrid (EFE).- The Vox candidate for the Presidency of the Government, Santiago Abascal, has called this Friday for massive mobilization and has asked for a vote for Vox against a PP that “launders” the PSOE with its offers of pacts and risks the possibility of throwing Pedro Sánchez out of the Government.
Abascal has made this appeal in statements to journalists before the rally to close the campaign in the Plaza de Colón, in Madrid, where he has gathered some five thousand people, according to his party.
He has stressed that there is 48 hours left to get rid of the worst government in history and has warned that it cannot be “laundered” as, as he has said, the PP has done during the campaign with its “permanent” offer of pacts to the PSOE to share power “in a new bipartisan agreement”.
According to Abascal, with this attitude the PP has reduced “society’s alertness” to what “a government four more years of the PSOE means” and has put the alternative at risk.
“Only Vox dares to change course”
For this reason, he has called for massive mobilization and has appealed to those who trust Vox to “do not take this battle for granted” and “do not do like the PP, which is already dividing up ministries and vice presidencies.”
And he has asked them to “convince” those who have doubts that “only Vox dares to change course that Spain needs” and to “really face all the consequences of socialist policies and their separatist and terrorist allies.”
“The rest are patches, the rest is unknown, the rest is betting on those who do not know who they are going to deliver the votes of the Spaniards to,” warned Abascal, for whom the vote for Vox is “a safe vote and on July 23 it will be a totally decisive vote.”
