Logroño, (EFE).- The Vara de Rey knot in Logroño will open again to road traffic next Monday, the 17th, starting at 9:00 a.m., with the forecast that they will be completed definitively this July, in the absence of completion of actions worth 400,000 euros. which are “some small minor details, like the curbs.”
This was announced this Friday by the Councilor for Urban Planning, Public Space and Circular City, Javier Martínez, in an informative conference, in which the councilor Ángel Andrés also participated in this area.
Martínez has indicated that the opening to traffic of Vara de Rey has sought to be done “urgently, as soon as possible”, in such a way that on the 17th, the local Police will go to this space at 9:00 to open it and control traffic until 11:00.
At that time, the traffic lights are expected to be in operation so that it can be regulated in a conventional way.
For its part, the Municipal Socialist Group, in a statement, has congratulated itself on the works of Vara de Rey and has demanded that the PP continue with the rest of the pending actions.
