Madrid (EFE) and aims at the freedom of its regional and municipal leaders, as long as it does not imply “betraying” the popular ideals.
The pre-campaign for the 23-J elections continues this weekend with the pacts between PP and Vox at the center of the political target, with the PSOE warning that “the unjustifiable cannot be justified” in the decline of the fight against sexist violence or LGTBI rights, the PP shielding itself in “maintaining the governance of the institutions” where it has ousted the left and Vox demanding “sensibleness” from the popular in order to reproduce the Valencia pact in Extremadura, Murcia or Balearic Islands.
PSOE
In the words of the Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, progressive voters must mobilize on 23-J in the face of “the destructive power” of right-wing and extreme right-wing politics that are, he has warned, placing anti-vaccine deniers at the head of parliaments, withdrawing LGTBI flags or trying to prohibit rallies against sexist violence, while they convey to the public that those who do not vote like them are “the anti-Spain”.
Sánchez, who has intervened in a rally in the Canary Islands, has criticized the “impudent exchange between rights and votes” that the PP and Vox are carrying out.
He has argued that setbacks can occur when someone thinks that “nothing is going to happen” for not going to vote, but finds out the next morning that “LGBTI-free areas” are created, flags are removed and the right to vote is denied. sexist violence, he has insisted.
In socialist ranks, the Minister of Science, Diana Morant, has accused the leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, of placing himself “further to the right than José María Aznar himself” for having delivered the institutions “to the principles of Vox”; and the leader of the PSC, Salvador Illa, has asked the PP to “clarify” its political criteria because he understands that it is not acceptable that tolerance of male violence is a red line in Extremadura but not in Valencia.
PP
For its part, the PP, through its vice-secretary for Organization, Miguel Tellado, has insisted that its municipal and regional leaders have “freedom” to negotiate with the different governments, on the condition that they “do not betray” popular ideals, in an intervention in which he has avoided citing Vox.
From Ferrol, he has told Sánchez to take advantage of his visit to the Canary Islands to explain the Mediator case and has reiterated: “We have given freedom to each territory to decide the agreements that must guarantee the governance of the institutions.”
In this scenario, Vox continues to increase the pressure on the popular ones due to the autonomous pacts that remain entrenched in various autonomies.
Vox
The president of Vox, Santiago Abascal, has stressed this Saturday that “there is one month left to liberate Spain” from socialism, communism and separatism, but has warned that, for this, it is necessary to have the “sensibleness” of the PP that has prevailed in Valencia.
He has asked the PP to “get off the donkey” and put an end to the “ceremony of confusion” that involves trying to agree with them while insulting them, an attitude that only makes the task of “saving Spain from catastrophe” more difficult. .

For her part, the leader of Sumar, Yolanda Díaz, has avoided reproaches and has expressed in an act in Madrid that the electoral campaign “is not about the future of any politician, nor of (Alberto Núñez) Feijoo”, but of citizens, and has outlined economic or social measures, such as an income of one thousand euros “for those who are suffering the cost of living” or the reduction of the working day to “work less to live better.”
