Ciudad Real (EFE).- Castilla-La Mancha is in favor of mandatory removal of masks in health centers, in pharmacies.
This was stated by the acting Minister of Health of Castilla-La Mancha, Jesús Fernández Sanz, to questions from journalists this Friday during his visit to the Stroke Unit and Arrhythmia Unit of the General University Hospital of Ciudad Real.
Fernández Sanz has indicated that he will defend it this Friday in plenary session of the Interterritorial Council of the National Health System (CISNS).
The counselor recalled that in regions such as Castilla-La Mancha, cases and the use of hospital beds in intensive care due to coronavirus have decreased.
And, therefore, the logic is to “continue gaining ground on normality” after covid-19.
“Castilla-La Mancha would be in favor of making this qualitative leap in people’s lives and returning to almost absolute normality,” he pointed out.
In any case, he has affirmed that the political leaders care a lot about the opinion of the technicians.
Their decision will be based on the reports they present this afternoon. EFE
