Madrid, June 18 (EFE) time that he is convinced that they are going to get votes from socialists who want there to be a catharsis in the PSOE.
In an interview with the ABC newspaper, Feijóo appealed to Vox voters and accused the socialist leader, Pedro Sánchez, of lacking a sense of State.
After yesterday’s support from the PP for the socialist Jaume Collboni to win the Mayor’s Office of Barcelona, Feijóo stresses that his party has acted with a sense of State and looking for the best for Catalonia and for the Ciudad Condal, just as he did in Vitoria to prevent ruled Bildu.
However, Feijóo regrets that it is impossible to reach “big agreements” with Sánchez, whom he reproaches for not having a sense of State.
He considers sanchismo “more lethal” than the government of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero despite the fact that he, in general terms, was not a good president of the Government.
And he warns: “If the citizens want to have a Frankenstein again, now it will be legitimized by the ballot box. Sánchez will no longer have deceived them. However, he believes that the Spanish “are going to say no.”
Recover the crime of sedition
He sends a message to the Vox voters who left the PP: “We are going to repeal sanchismo. It is an absolute conviction”, and, among the measures that he is going to adopt for this, Feijóo has indicated that he is going to recover the crime of sedition and that of embezzlement, he is going to classify the crime of illegal referendum and he is going to repeal the Law of Memory historical.
He considers that the PSOE’s cordon sanitaire is not with Vox but with the PP and assures that he has no doubt that if the Socialists could govern by agreeing with Santiago Abascal’s party they would.
In his opinion, “it is evident” that the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, is good for Vox and this party is good for Sánchez.
He affirms emphatically that gender violence is an “ineligible principle” for the PP throughout Spain and, “proof of this”, he assures, is that the government program between the PP and Vox in the Valencian Community “does not say anything against of the fight against sexist violence”.
“If you also want to clarify that domestic violence must be prosecuted, of course,” he says.
Regarding the inclusion of former Ciudadanos Marta Rivera as number 2 on the Madrid list, Feijóo assures that it is “a nod” to culture in Spain.”
