Madrid, June 18 (EFE).- The president of the PP in Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has urged her party to answer questions about who Alberto Núñez Feijóo will agree with after the July 23 elections, to answer “ to be the best PP”, “for himself, with a great programme, a great team and a great job”.
During a party act with the candidate for La Moncloa and with the mayor of the capital, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, in the El Retiro Park, Ayuso asked Feijóo to “finish off” the play started in the regional and municipal elections on May 28 and to put an end to the “nonsense” that Pedro Sánchez has entailed, so that in the future the Spanish will remember Feijóo’s mandate as “the best that Spain has experienced in democracy.”
On May 28, Ayuso said, not only was the economy voted, “values were voted on and a way of defending our country, the silent Spain, the faithful Spain, the one that does not vociferate and that is tired of so many beautiful and sectarian laws, so many botched jobs, so many improvisations and so much abandonment”.
Like 28M, the general elections on July 23 must mean an election of “values”, and although “the damage caused by Sanchismo will take time to mend”, she has been convinced that Feijóo will soon undertake the “big reforms” that the country needs so that “it will never again be in the hands of people who hate Spain, who want to transform it to suit them”.
“The moral bar where they have left it is really low, that’s why there is a lot to do,” he indicated.
