Toledo (EFE).- The Government of Castilla-La Mancha has deactivated on Tuesday the Specific Plan for the Risk of Adverse Meteorological Phenomena (Meteocam), which was active due to heavy rains and storms.
In the region, this episode of rain and storms has concluded with 65 incidents, the most notable being the floods registered on the roads of Seseña and Consuegra, in the province of Toledo.
As reported by the 112 emergency and emergency service, around 5:30 p.m. this Monday, pools of water formed on the CM-4010 highway, as it passes under the bridge of the A-4 highway, in the municipality of Seseña. .
At that point, the firefighters had to rescue some people who were trapped in the cars, immobilized in rafts of water.
Also in the province of Toledo, in the town of Consuegra, the water flooded, around 8:30 p.m. in the afternoon, the entrance to the CM-4133 highway, as well as several streets.
The water came to affect an electrical transformer that left an area of this municipality without power, although the incident has been resolved.
The Meteocam was deactivated at 00:00 this Tuesday after having been activated in the alert phase throughout the autonomous community since 10:00 yesterday, the 5th, in anticipation of heavy rains and storms.
The deactivation of the Specific Plan has been adopted after verifying the positive evolution of the predictions prepared by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), as well as the resolution of the incidents, registered in the Service of Attention and Coordination of Emergencies and Emergencies 112.
During the time that Meteocam has been active, a total of 65 incidents have been recorded throughout the region due to the accumulation of water on public roads, drainage in basements and garages and water obstacles, mainly.

By provinces, 37 have affected the province of Toledo, followed by Cuenca and Ciudad Real, where 11 incidents were recorded in both, and Albacete with 4 and Guadalajara with 2, were the provinces with the fewest number of incidents. for the rains
Most of the incidents occurred between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and particularly affected the province of Toledo.
All the incidents were resolved throughout the day and at dawn and, in no case, was there any personal injury caused by these incidents.
