This has been indicated in statements to journalists, together with the future mayor of Logroño, Conrado Escobar, and members of the campaign teams of both candidates in these elections, which the PP has won by an absolute majority in the community and in Logroño City Council.
Visibly moved, Capellán has assured that tomorrow, at 8:00 a.m., he will begin to outline the structure of his next Executive because the objective, he has said, is “to build a good government for La Rioja.”
“Starting tomorrow, I will be at the service of all La Riojans for a good government in this community”, whose Parliament will be made up of 17 deputies from the PP, 12 from the PSOE, 2 from Podemos-IU and 2 from Vox, which, for the first time once enters the chamber.
CHAPLAIN: THANK YOU FROM THE HEART
“Thank you, from the heart” is the phrase with which Chaplain has also addressed the people of La Rioja, to whom he has said that he will not disappoint and for those who have “a project for a better future in this community”, in which he has “great confidence.”
Once “the time for the presentation” of the ideas has ended, in the PP program, this Monday, it has influenced, a stage begins to “build a better future, from a good government based on good sense, rigor, responsibility and good management.
He has said that he is “a firm defender” of the interests of La Rioja and he will express this in the instances that are necessary, such as the Government of Spain.
Capellán has assured that he does not come to the Presidency of La Rioja to “confront anyone”, but that, from “common sense and responsibility”, he will assume the projects that are good for this land.
ESCOBAR: ONE CITY AMONG ALL
Along the same lines, Escobar has pronounced, who will be in charge of a City Council made up of 14 councilors from the PP, 9 from the PSOE, 2 from Vox and 1 from the Riojano+España Vaciada Party.
