Madrid (EFE) said that “they are not the heirs of ETA; is ETA”.
“It is Herri Batasuna, Batasuna, the Communist Party of the Basque Lands, Amaiur, Sortu… They are the same”, Ayuso said at an informative breakfast, where he accused Sánchez of “laundering any crime in order to command”, after he Bildu has included 44 convicted of terrorism in its electoral lists.
The president of the Community of Madrid is in favor of the illegalization of political formation “because they have been mutating with different necklaces.”
“It is not going against the law”, Ayuso has indicated, once the PP has recognized, after studying the party law, that it is not possible to outlaw EH Bildu for bringing people linked to terrorism because this regulation, from 2002, is designed for a context in which ETA was an active terrorist group.
“ETA is in power”
“ETA is alive, it is in power,” said the leader of the PP, who criticized that “never, in the 46 years of democracy, has a Prime Minister fallen so low because living subjected to crime and silence is the greater indignity”.
Ayuso dedicated a good part of his speech at the event, which was attended by the PP spokesperson in Congress, Cuca Gamarra, to charge against the Government of Pedro Sánchez for its pacts with EH Bildu, of whom he has said that “they are not the heirs of ETA, is ETA”.

During her speech, the PP candidate stressed that the Spanish people have to decide in the elections on May 28 “if we continue to build our country” or “we hand it over to those who want to blow it up”, “live in a continuous confrontation” or “subjected to political arbitrariness”, he has indicated.
“This is no longer about left or right, it is about choosing between those of us who respect the constitutional principles and the values that are our way of life and who believe that anything goes,” he said.
He accuses Sánchez of laundering murderers
In this line, Ayuso has indicated that the PSOE began this “woodworm strategy” with José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, which Pedro Sánchez has continued “and that it can be terminated on May 28.”
For Ayuso, Sánchez has been the one who has crossed “all the red lines of indignity”, first “laundering murderers and their accomplices”, and has indicated him as “the only person responsible for Bildu deciding today on housing, budgets and the job market for all Spaniards, among many other things.
And he has warned that “if no one remedies it, Bildu could end up ruling the Basque Country, which would cause a territorial disaster with unforeseeable consequences for all of Spain, which will later spread” to Navarra, La Rioja, southern France, Cantabria, Catalonia , Valencian Community or the Balearic Islands.
“Four more years with Pedro Sánchez, Spain cannot resist”, he remarked.
