Madrid (EFE).- The deputy of the PP Cayetana Álvarez de Toledo has revealed through her Twitter account that this Friday she had a breast tumor removed after two months ago, in a routine mammogram, signs of cancer were detected in her a chest.
“Yesterday afternoon I had a tumorectomy,” writes the deputy on that social network, where she expresses her gratitude to the “excellent” teams at the Fundación Jiménez Díaz hospital and, in particular, to doctors Ruiz Jiménez, Osorio Benítez and Pérez de the fountain.
In addition, it makes “an emphatic reminder to all women of risk age: early diagnosis saves lives.”
