Torrelavega (EFE).- Teaching group work to prevent bullying “from its base” is the objective of the campaign launched by the Tolerance 0 to Bullying Cantabria Association, which has mobilized a bus that will travel throughout Cantabria to form teams of parents and children who overcome this problem.
The campaign, which has the motto “Make your class your team”, includes the publication of several albums, in paper and digital versions, so that each child, taking into account the values of sport, creates with some stickers their own team for which it has the participation of many professional athletes and homegrown players.
In these albums, athletes from clubs such as Gimnástica, Racing, Cartagena, Oceja, Villaescusa, Alega Cantabria, Cartagena, FormasPack Basket La Paz or Bathco Balonmano appear, who tell the children what they contribute to their teams as members of a group.
Paper and digital album
The album paper version and the stickers have been designed for each child to create the team of their dreams based on the values of sport, and will be distributed free of charge over the coming weeks by educational centers, sports schools and town halls.
The digital version will be distributed through the social networks (Instagram and Tiktok) of the association against bullying and includes videochromes.
The bus will travel through a large part of Cantabria until the end of June to carry the message of both bullying prevention and stories of overcoming bullying cases in which boys and girls have managed to get out and today have normal lives.
In all towns, the screen-printed bus with the campaign slogans, according to Lourdes Verdeja, is intended to be “a call to prevention”, a message that is reinforced with the album and the collaboration of the athletes.
