Oviedo (EFE).- Agents of the National Police have arrested a man as the alleged perpetrator of the fire that devastated 1.2 hectares of land in the municipality of Siero on April 7 during the second wave of forest fires that have affected Asturias this spring and that has burned some 32,000 hectares in different parts of the region.
As reported by the Police, the fire occurred in the forest area attached to the warehouses of the Puente Nora de Lugones industrial estate and the firefighters managed to put out the fire just 60 meters from a group of houses despite the unfavorable weather conditions.
