Three years of gala in Andalusia
His arrival in Andalusia is due to the agreement of last February. After the meeting between the president of the Board, Juanma Moreno, and Abud himself. A collaboration that will extend over the next three years.
As Moreno explained at the time, Latin Grammy Week will involve the arrival of some 12,000 people and “tens of thousands of tourists.” And an economic impact, just that week, of “more than 300 million euros”. That will rise to 500 million over the three years of collaboration.
Moreno described the agreement as “historic” and assured that he had started “an exciting path” to celebrate “something unique and singular” that will not be limited to the awards ceremony, but will be complemented by other events related to Latin music.
Seville will receive the organization of this gala after being the scene of other events such as two editions of the Goya awards for Spanish cinema, the MTV Music Awards or the Dior fashion show in the Plaza de España. EFE
