“Pedro Sánchez, since he became President of the Government, has done absolutely nothing in terms of housing”, criticized the popular, while recalling that during these years the price of rent and mortgages has continued to rise, to those who own a home.
Gamarra has described the housing law agreed with Bildu and ERC as “populist and interventionist” and has criticized that it does not address squatting.
“With interventionism and policies that have never worked, obviously, the housing problem will not be solved,” he assured.
The spokesperson for the PP in Congress has insisted that “it is necessary to build more and put an end to squatting”, for which she has criticized that in the housing law “not a single reference is made to how it is going to be tackled the problem of squatting”.
A phenomenon, he has assured, that is increasing at the hands of Pedro Sánchez and his government partners who give “an open bar to the squatter while the rest of the Spaniards have to live in fear of what the future of our properties will be.” EFE
