Sanz has emphasized that the work will continue with more than 50 troops deployed, five groups of forest firefighters with both Infoca and Environment Agency personnel, two fire trucks and heavy aerial means such as a “Kamov” and a ” Super Cougar”.

“It has been a difficult night because the Levante wind continues with maximum intensity,” said Sanz, who specified that at least until Saturday afternoon it will be necessary to continue “on alert” despite the favorable evolution of the fire.
