Seville, (EFE).- The Civil Guard continues this Thursday to search for the third consecutive day for the homemade weapon that caused the death of the young Elia, 17, in the Seville town of El Rubio, according to sources from the institute armed.
The agents are tracking the weapon in the vicinity of El Rubio’s home where the body of the young Elia is located, helped by dogs specialized in the search for explosives, and the area of the Blanco River where the detainee for the death of the young woman , who was her boyfriend, said she had dropped the gun.
The man arrested as the alleged murderer of his girlfriend entered the Sevilla I prison last night, where he will remain in preventive detention until the trial is held, after giving a statement before a judge in Osuna (Seville).
They study protection measures in prison
According to what prison sources have informed EFE, the 20-year-old will remain in the admissions units of the Seville prison for at least five days and during that period he will meet with different prison professionals, such as the educator, social worker, psychologist and doctor, and from the result of the report of all of them, it will be determined if they require a protocol for inclusion in PPS (Suicide Prevention with internal support).
In addition, due to the nature of the crime for which he has been imprisoned, it will be studied whether he requires any type of protection or measures to separate him from the rest of the prisoners.
During his appearance in court, he assured that it was an accidental shot that ended the life of his girlfriend.
