Valladolid, Feb 20 (EFE).- The Parliament of Castilla y León will host three days of maximum influx to the chamber this week, first with the plenary session that starts tomorrow, marked by questions about health and the coalition government, and the commemoration on Friday of the 40th anniversary of the Statute of Autonomy, in the midst of a climate of tension between the parliamentary groups.
Tomorrow, the president of the Board, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, will answer three questions from the opposition, the first of which was formulated at the beginning of the plenary session by the socialist Luis Tudanca, who will be interested in the health situation in the Community.

Then it will be the turn of the representative of the UPL, Luis Mariano Santos, who will take advantage of the celebration of the Statute to ask if the Board believes that “there is something to celebrate in the Leonese Region”, while the attorney for Cs, Francisco Igea, will question Manueco in case you think your coalition government is a “model of success.”
The rest of the parliamentary questions will deal with various topics, such as the incompatibility between the ‘family check’ and the deduction for birth, the fire-fighting operation, medical transport, a pact on health and the indicator of industrial production.
Again the Law of Measures
On Wednesday the session will be marked by the debate and voting on the proposed law on Tax, Financial and Administrative Measures, whose processing by the PP and Vox corrects the error that both groups had in voting on the bill of similar content on December 23, when they supported the PSOE amendments and later voted against the text, in the midst of a great parliamentary anger over the actions of the president of the Chamber, Carlos Pollán.
Before this debate, the groups will contrast visions on five non-legal proposals, two of them presented by the PSOE on historical memory and free textbooks, another two from the PP on the Family Law and on medicine specialists, both petitions addressed to the central government, and a fifth promoted by Cs on special education that reaches plenary session after having registered a tie in commission, thanks to the fact that a Vox attorney voted alongside opposition groups.
40th anniversary of the Statute
After the plenary session, the parliamentary hearing will be on Friday, when the Parliament will host the traditional commemorative act of the Statute of Autonomy, on this occasion marked by the lack of agreement between the parliamentary groups to award the Gold Medal of the autonomous Parliament, after discuss the advisability of approving one or more of the proposed proposals.

Despite the fact that all the parliamentary groups agreed to recognize the work of the Civil Guard, proposed on Thursday at the Table of the Parliament of the president of Parliament, Carlos Pollán (Vox), the opposition groups spoiled his way of raising it , understanding that they had not previously sought the usual consensus in these cases.
At least two other proposals were on the table: the Socialists proposed awarding two medals, one to the Civil Guard and the other to the fire operation, although if they had to choose between one and the other, they preferred the second by also including the Benemérita among the members of the operation, while Cs requested recognition for the young man from Zamora Jesús Ángel Orellana, who died defending a woman from a macho attack, and the PP proposed other options, but preferred not to make them public.
This lack of consensus has motivated the act of the 40th anniversary of the Statute to be limited to a speech in the chamber of the president of the Cortes, next Friday at noon, after which the parliamentary groups and attendees will analyze this event.
institutionalize hoaxes
The second vice president of the Castilla y León Parliament and Organization Secretary of the PSOE, Ana Sánchez, has accused this Monday the president of the Chamber, Carlos Pollán (Vox), of “institutionalizing hoaxes to misinform society”, specifically about what happened around the delivery of the frustrated delivery of the Gold Medal of the Cortes on the 40th anniversary of the Statute of Autonomy.
In a press conference, Sánchez accused the members of Vox of behaving like “authentic termites, crushing from within all the symbols” of Castilla y León, as a consequence of not believing in autonomies and wanting to “empty de facto and de content” the Statute of Autonomy.
“How else can it be explained that in the last year they have attacked all the symbols included in the Statute?” asked Sánchez, criticizing Pollán for allowing the dissemination of a press release in which deliberations of the Table of the Cortes, something that is “the first time in life” that has happened, according to the socialist representative.

Sánchez has accused the PP of allowing this situation and has linked what happened around the failed delivery of the Gold Medal of the Cortes with the “ghost protocol” on care for pregnant women in the Community: “From the creators of the ghost protocol, ‘the lost medal’ now arrives, in the purest and maximum style of the extreme right”, he has summarized.
“This statement is an institutionalized hoax”, Sánchez stressed about the one sent by the Castilla y León Courts last Friday, understanding that a text of these characteristics should be “signed” by the president of the institution, since Parliament The one represented by that document are “the 81 attorneys”, as well as Pollán’s vision in this regard.
