Feijóo says that “not everything goes in politics”
The president of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has assured this Thursday that in the party “they will act immediately” against the mayor who has made obscene comments against the Minister of Equality, Irene Montero, because “not everything is fair in politics.”

«There are hundreds of reasons to censor Irene Montero’s career as a minister, but not everything goes in politics. I will not accept any attack on the dignity of a woman under the acronym of the PP. We will act immediately,” Feijóo said.
Also the president of the PP of Castilla-La Mancha, Paco Núñez, on Twitter has expressed his “maximum rejection” of these statements and has assured that “this attitude has no place in the PP of Castilla-La Mancha nor does it represent our way of being nor to do politics ».
“Montero is doing a lot of damage to Spain, but we will continue to denounce his actions with respect and democracy,” Núñez concluded.
The PSOE calls for the immediate expulsion of the party
The Organization Secretary of the PSOE of Castilla-La Mancha, Sergio Gutiérrez, has also condemned these statements on Twitter and has asked the president of the regional PP, Paco Núñez, to immediately expel Saiz from the party.
