Upon arrival, he found a delay in the work activities that should have been ready last January.
“The city has to suck up all your delays due to a planning problem or that was not expected to be delayed,” said Mayor Cárdenas in a video of the moment
The Secretary of Infrastructure of Bucaramanga, Iván Vargas, was the one who received the biggest scolding and even said that if it was not ready in 15 days he would resign.

The secretary informed him that the leftovers began last August, a fact that further infuriated the president.
“For this reason, August to September, October, November, December, January, five months, they are going to say that in five months that was not planned,” the mayor repeats.
“That has to be like that, it cannot be a rooster bottle and if the secretary’s head goes, others have to go,” the president concluded.
