stop the counteroffensive
According to the Ukrainian authorities, the Russian occupation forces blew up the dam and the power station with explosives to cause a flood that would make it difficult for Ukrainian troops to advance in the counteroffensive launched in recent days.
“It is very important that the representatives of international justice have seen the consequences of this act of Russian terrorism with their own eyes and have heard for themselves that Russian terrorism continues,” Zelensky said.
The Ukrainian president also denounced the Russian bombardments against those who rescue those affected by the floods caused by the destruction of the dam, and recalled the three people killed this Sunday in a Russian attack on a rescue boat.
