Madrid (EFE).- The second vice president of the Government and leader of Sumar, Yolanda Díaz, has indicated after learning of the advance of the general elections to July 23 that she assumes “the challenge” of “doing things differently” in her political sphere and that “from this very moment” they are already working to go out “to win” the PP.
The leader of Sumar and Minister of Labor has expressed it this way in two tweets published half an hour after the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has announced the dissolution of the Cortes.
In the first place, it refers to the result of the municipal and regional elections this Sunday: “The message received last night was very clear: things must be done differently.”
Next, Díaz indicates that, for this reason, the work for the early elections is already beginning: “Without distractions. From this very moment we are working to win on July 23. I take up the challenge.”
“This country has a great future. These are bold times. We have a project to continue responding to the social, ecological and economic challenges of our country. Against the black Spain of Feijóo, we went out to win. People are waiting for us ”, he added.
