“The record figure is explained by the need to strengthen the workforce that was weakened by years of cuts and zero replacement rates,” said the Minister of Finance and Public Function, María Jesús Montero, at the press conference after the Council of Ministers who this Tuesday approved this new offer of public employment.
Within the ordinary job offer – whose selection processes will have to be approved before the end of the year and resolved within a period of less than two years from its call – 27,246 places will be open access and the rest, internal promotion.
