In the 2019 regional elections, the PSOE won 19 seats, while the PP won ten and Ciudadanos – which has been left out of parliament in these elections – added four.
In fact, Ciudadanos has fallen to the fifth most voted force, with barely 1 percent of the votes, and has been surpassed by Unidas Podemos, which, although it has not achieved representation either, has won more than 4 percent of the vote.
With 97.35 percent of the vote counted, the PSOE has achieved 45 percent of support, which means improving by one percentage point what was obtained in 2019; the PP has gathered 33.61 percent of the votes – it also improves the data of 28.52% of 2019, and Vox, 12.87% of the votes.
Specifically, the PSOE has gathered 475,798 votes; the PP, 355,091 votes and Vox, 135,956 votes.

The PSOE has won the elections in Toledo, but PP and Vox have obtained enough votes to add an absolute majority and unseat the Socialists after 16 years in the municipal government, the last eight with the mayoress and candidate for re-election, Milagros Tolón . A similar situation has occurred in Guadalajara.
The conservative formation has indeed won in Albacete, and it remains at the expense of Vox.
In Ciudad Real, the popular have obtained 11 councilors that can allow them to govern the City Council alone, in which the current mayor of CS, Eva María Masías, will continue. In Cuenca, the PSOE could continue to lead the consistory.
