Ávila (EFE) with which Francisco José Moya himself has called himself after being appointed councilor by Ciudadanos and who, moreover, does not appear in the elections on Sunday.
His inauguration took place in the third item on the agenda of a plenary session as brief – around 10 minutes – as the performance that the new councilor will have until June 17th when the new corporation that will leave from the polls this Sunday.

Moya has confirmed that his presence in the Consistory will be “the minimum”, after replacing in the position who for the last four years has served as municipal spokesman for Cs, Carlos López, who a few weeks ago resigned his act of councilor to become part of the Por Ávila list, a formation that emerged from a split from the PP in 2019 and which governs thanks to the support of the two Ciudadanos mayors, although none of those initially elected have completed their mandate.

Minutes before the plenary session began, Moya addressed the journalists, acknowledging that his status as councilor will be seen and not seen, since, after this plenary session, he will only participate in the last one of this term, which will take place on June 14. .
“Paco el breve” has sworn and promised his position as the new councilor of the City Council of the capital, before the mayor of the city and candidate for re-election with Por Ávila, Jesús Manuel Sánchez Cabrera, awarded him the medal that accredits him as mayor.

Francisco José Moya explained that four years ago he indicated that it would be “the first and only time” that he would appear on a list -in number 6-, in this case that of Ciudadanos, because his ideas were “close to what the party said so”.

However, this 64-year-old freelance architect is not very satisfied with “the ups and downs” that Cs has experienced since then, after “the changes that were made”, which pushed him to “not continue”.
Although he claims to agree with the political proposals of other parties, he has not wanted to reveal his sympathies in this regard.
