Madrid, May 19 (EFE).- The rains and storms put a yellow warning this Friday in the Region of Murcia and the Valencian Community, in the Levante area, and eastern Andalusia and northern Mallorca, according to the State Meteorological Agency ( Aemet), which forecasts few changes in temperatures, and wind from the north in almost the entire territory.
Rainfall will be locally strong in Castellón, Valencia and Murcia; In addition, heavy rains are expected in Andalusia that may be accompanied by storms.
In the extreme north of the peninsula, moderate rains and cloudy intervals will be recorded in the rest of the Peninsula, with the possibility of some weaker showers, except in the southwest of the northern plateau, west of the southern plateau and Extremadura.
In the Canary Islands, there will be cloudy intervals in the north of the islands and little cloudiness in the south.
The snow level will be around 1,700/1,900 meters in the north of the peninsula and weak frosts in the Pyrenees.
The wind will blow from the north in most of the country, except in Andalusia and the entire Levante area, where it will be from a variable direction. There will be periods of strong wind on the northwest coast of Galicia, the Ebro valley, Ampurdán and the eastern Balearic Islands.
