Madrid (EFE).- The Prosecutor’s Office of the National Court considers that the inclusion in the EH Bildu lists of 44 candidates convicted of terrorism, seven of them for murder, neither constitutes a crime nor “allows us to glimpse” that a ” assumption of ineligibility”.
For this reason, the Public Prosecutor’s Office has agreed to archive the investigative proceedings opened as a result of a complaint from the victims’ association Dignidad y Justicia, which also urged proceedings to begin the process of banning EH Bildu.
