Logroño, (EFE).- The Sociological Research Center (CIS) estimates that the PP in La Rioja, in the May 28 elections, would achieve a very tight victory over the PSOE, with 1 or 2 more seats in the regional Parliament , where Vox would gain representation for the first time.
According to the CIS pre-election survey on the May 28 elections, published this Thursday, the Parliament of La Rioja would be configured by the PP, with 14-15 seats; PSOE, with 13-14; We can-UI, with 2-4; and Vox, with 1-2.
Thus, Ciudadanos would be left out of the regional Chamber, currently made up of 15 seats from the PSOE, 12 from the PP, 4 from the orange formation and 2 from United We Can.
Regarding the estimate of the valid vote, the PP would achieve 39.2%; the PSOE, 36.8%; Podemos-IU, 9.9%; and Vox, 5.6%.

In addition, the president of the Government of La Rioja and candidate for re-election, the socialist Concha Andreu, is the best valued among all those who opt for the Presidency of the regional Executive; followed by the popular Gonzalo Capellán and Inmaculada Sáenz, from the Riojano+España Vaciada Party.
According to the pre-election survey of the (CIS), the evaluation of the La Rioja candidates, on a scale of 1 (very bad) to 10 (very good), is as follows:
Concha Andreu (PSOE), 5.41 points.
Gonzalo Capellán (PP), 5.10 points.
Inmaculada Sáenz (Partido Riojano+España Vaciada), 4.66 points.
Henar Moreno (IU), 4.25 points.
Ángel Íñiguez (Citizens), 3.86 points.
Raúl Pérez (Podemos), with 3.74 points.
Ángel Alda (Vox), 3.5 points.
