Seville, (EFE).- The Consumption Inspection Plan of the Junta de Andalucía began in March the control campaign of catering establishments that until next December will affect more than 1,000, in which compliance with current regulations applicable to your field.
Among other aspects, the following will be controlled: compliance with the regional regulations on complaint and claim forms, referring to their existence and their advertising poster; or that the information on the services offered correspond to the full final price, including taxes, the Board has reported in a statement.
In addition, compliance with the current regulation on the defense of consumers in the field of restaurant services will be observed -control is included to avoid the commercialization of unauthorized fishing products-; compliance with the quality standard for olive oil and olive pomace, in relation to oil cans; or compliance with the legislation on allergens and intolerances.
In particular, it will be monitored that indications such as market price (S/M) do not appear; that the sale of charcuterie products, cheese, or products capable of being cut from a main piece is carried out by units of weight.
A total of 116 cases detected
That the offer of molluscs or crustaceans is made by weight or by units and indicates, in the latter case, their number; that an invoice or proof of payment is delivered with its mandatory content; that the establishment can certify the traceability of its products; or that non-bottled water is dispensed free of charge by the establishment.
The restoration inspection campaign carried out in 2022 resulted in 1,183 inspection actions in the autonomous community in 642 establishments visited.
The inspection staff detected non-compliance in 116 cases, 17.9% of the total.
