Pamplona (EFE).- The year-on-year inflation rate has dropped in Navarra from 6.3% in February to 3.5% in March, as reported this Friday by the National Institute of Statistics, which attributes decreases in the CPI in all communities autonomous, with a reduction from 6% to 3.3% in the national average.
As for Navarra, the annual rate remains at 3.5%, with an increase of 0.4% so far this year and 0.1% in the last month, the same sources point out.
By sections, the decrease in the last year of 15% in Housing and 3.5% in Transportation, while the greatest increase is 16.5% in Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages, 7.6% in Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco and in Kitchenware, or 6.3% in Hotels, Cafes and Restaurants.
In the last month in Navarra Housing has decreased by 2.1%, Leisure and Culture by 1.1%, Communications by 0.2% and Transport by 0.1%, with the greatest increases in Clothing and Footwear (1.6%) and Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages (1.2%).
