Madrid (EFE).- The Plenary of the Constitutional Court has fully endorsed the educational law known as the Celáa law, which was one of the main star projects of the Government of Pedro Sánchez.
Legal sources have reported that the guarantee court has decided to prepare a new presentation, in accordance with the criteria of the majority, which completely dismisses Vox’s appeal.
The presentation will be assumed by the conservative magistrate Ricardo Enriquez, once his initial draft that endorsed the norm has been rejected, although with some objections.
