Logroño, (EFE).- The First Vice President of the Government, Nadia Calviño, will participate next Saturday 25 in Logroño in an act in which the La Rioja PSOE will analyze the economic, industrial and employment evolution of the community and will advance its future projects in these areas.
The Secretary of Organization of the La Rioja PSOE, María Marrodán, has informed this Thursday about the day that is celebrated this Saturday, within the program of the PSOE at the national level on different thematic areas.
In addition to Calviño, the Secretary of Municipal Policy of the Federal Executive Commission, Alfonso Rodríguez Gómez de Celis, will also attend Logroño,
He has stressed that this act will have a marked municipal character and has stressed that “it is no coincidence that La Rioja is the chosen community” to address issues of economy and industry “because in this legislature, hand in hand with the PSOE, a stage has begun positive and there has been a radical change that must be consolidated”.
Thus, it has had an impact, in these four years “there is less unemployment, more contributors to Social Security and indefinite contracts have multiplied”.
In addition, the Government of La Rioja “has also given stability and certainty to companies” that have gone “from a reality in which they left this land to another in which they stay and generate more and better quality employment.”
“Growth will continue thanks to very important efforts by the regional government, such as those that have allowed us to have competitive industrial land, comparable in price to regions such as Navarra and the Basque Country,” said Marrodán.
On the other hand, to questions from journalists, Marrodán has alluded to the fact that while his party has already presented around fifty electoral candidacies for May 28, other parties have not released their main lists.
“This happens for an obvious reason,” he considered, “that the PSOE is the only party with a real project, with real teams committed to this region and we don’t need to waste time looking at ourselves, but we dedicate ourselves to look at citizens in search of the best initiatives for every corner of this La Rioja”.
